As a result of rapid economic growth in the last decades, the demand for energy in China is increasing very fast. In our society, construction energy consumption accounts for more than30%of the total energy consumption, construction energy conservation has become an integral part for Chinese economy to achieve sustainable development. Office building occupies a large proportion of the building in hot summer and cold winter zone of China, how to reasonable state office building energy efficiency, effective evaluate and analyze it, then gives the appropriate transformation of energy-saving program or energy efficiency optimization program are particularly vital parts of construction energy conservation. In view of the present deficiencies in building typical evaluating method of energy efficiency system in our country, this paper selects Hefei which is the typical region of hot summer and cold winter zones’ climate characteristics as the representative, and an office building in this city is selected as the research object. Through the steps such as building energy simulation software selection, multiple sets of meteorological data for optimal selection, office buildings’ heating cycle and refrigeration cycle determining and so on, the universalness and quantification for the typical evaluating method of office building energy efficiency were studied, and by the example of building energy efficiency evaluating, the typical process of office building energy efficiency evaluating was described in detail.First of all, this paper selects the building energy simulation software eQUEST (version3.64b) as the design basis of tool for office building energy efficient evaluation; then makes an optimal choice from a total of three sets of meteorological data which contains CSWD, CTYW and SWERA, and contrasts the example building actual energy consumption situation to the relevant parameters of the four sets of meteorological data for determining heating cycle and cooling cycle of office building in Hefei; Finally, the energy efficient evaluation tools for example building is built with the parameters of the sample construction such as construction area of the building and the area ratio of windows to wall, equipment operating schedule, and so on. By correcting the selected CTYW meteorological data with local meteorological data collected of example building and utilizing the statistics collected subentry energy-consuming data, respectively, the evaluation tool was corrected, obtain the completion of the evaluation tool contains meteorological data corrected and experience formulas and the calculation of building energy consumption model.After verifying the validity of the evaluation tool, we use the evaluation tool to evaluate the example building energy efficiency, the evaluation result of the drawn example of building energy efficiency which is contrasted to "Public building energy efficiency design standard of65%Rules in Hefei" for the Implementation of the reference building passed the test. In order to further improve the example of building energy efficiency, several aspects which contain the per capita area of occupancy, per unit area of computer number, the lighting system and shading system were studied by numerical analysis and field research, combined with the energy efficiency of evaluation tool, targeted energy efficiency optimization program outcomes.The technical evaluating of building energy efficiency was completed, then the evaluation value derived from evaluation tools of the sample building energy-saving has been used in ground source heat pump air conditioning system and solar water heating system basis of calculation in this paper. The two indicators of cost-effectiveness and incremental cost recovery cycle were used in separately economic analysis of renewable energy, energy saving benefit illustrated by an example, while on the process of economic analysis in the evaluation.After researching the content and process of a typical method for office building energy efficiency evaluation, you can find that accurate and effective evaluating the status of the office building energy efficiency is of great significance to construction energy conservation work.
