Research on building energy efficiency is not only the trend of world, but also the need of world. With rapid developing of economics and upgrading of quality of life, comfortable air conditioning buildings are quickly popularized, which leads to wide range increase of air conditioning energy consumption. As an energy hungry developing country, high air conditioning energy consumption will certainly confine the regional economical development and restrict increase of people's lives standard. Thus improving thermal characteristics of building envelope construction, which means good interior thermal accommodation, less depending of artificial thermal resources and reduction of building energy consumption, becomes hot subjects which need to be settled as quick as possible. This paper took civilian construction as subject investigated.According to the local climatic features, the relationships between most important three parts of building envelope structure and building air conditioning energy consumption were studied based on dynamical simulation method.Based on overall understand and partial experimental research in related materials of envelope construction, this research analysis effects of exterior windows', exterior walls'and roofing's thermal performances and constitutions on building air conditioning . Based on the analysis of relationship between envelope structure and building air conditioning energy consumption, building envelope structure efficiency technologies were widespread practiced in heating region and resulted in good effects. The consequences of this paper are kind of replenishment of energy efficiency material theories and contribute proofs for scientific and accurate design of building envelope structures.
