The Design And Research For Pneumatic Anchor Drilling Machine

At present, domestic made anchor drilling machine are mostly imitated foreign product by mapping. Due to shortage of theory research in anchor drilling machine, the technical of drilling machine is far behind to developed countries, and this situation greatly limits the development of anchor drilling. In this article, the working theory of pneumatic anchor drilling machine and movement feature of gear motor has been completely, systemically and deeply analyzed; The components of pneumatic anchor drilling machine have been analyzed in design; and the comprehensive evaluation method for pneumatic anchor drilling machine in structure and performance has been set up; Basic design idea and method for new type pneumatic anchor drilling machine has been provided; The parameter optimizing design for pneumatic anchor drilling machine has been explored.Based on the hydrodynamics and pneumatic transmission theory, the structure and feature of gear type pneumatic motor has been analyzed; by force balance method, the mathematics model of static state of pneumatic motor has been set up and pneumatic motor used in anchor drilling has been calculated in theory which establishes theory foundation for the optimizing of gear type pneumatic motor.In this article, the reason of noise, oil fog produced in pneumatic anchor drilling machine also has been analyzed; the noise elimination flow block of noise eliminator has been studied using the relevant theory and the method for eliminating noise and oil fog has been explored; the noise eliminator which has two function of eliminating noise and oil fog has been researched and manufactured, which has showed good noise-elimination property to satisfy design and usage requirement in all tests.
