In recent years, the drilling machine is used in construction engineering, road engineering, and other fields widely, such mechanical variety, category is complete, now it has developed into a specialized degree strong mechanical products. Although punching machine has developed and progressed a long time but it has met a variety of problems in the process of the construction work, such as repeated climbing, big vibration, shock, fuselage fever etc, all would bring immeasurable harm to workers. in order to prevent the disadvantages of current punching machine, this paper mainly discusses the shear fork lifting mechanism of hydraulic lift on the theory of system research and discussion, by using shear fork lift platform will impact drill automatically up to the roof, avoiding the traditional way of operation brings damage to persons, in completing the operation.Shear fork type hydraulic lift platform is a very important form in large hoisting machinery, its outstanding characteristics is powerful function, structure and diversity. It is very convenient for the operators with its simple structure design, and especial smooth in lifting up at the same time, along with the load bearing ability, especially in terms of installation and maintenance is convenient. It is used very extensive in all kinds of equipment manufacture and maintenance of application in the modern factory workshop, logistics, warehouse and other aerial work. To modify the appearance and function of the traditional lift platform, in this paper, according to the actual investigation to collect the relevant data in the process of house decoration at present, through the analysis and calculation methods of existing, the main research content is as follows:(1) explore the purpose and significance of automatic roof punching machine, analysis the domestic and foreign electric impact drill, the current research status of lifting system and the base of the car. According to the principle of automatic elevator long telescopic, and combining the theory of mechanical optimization design, establish the subject, the main research contents and technical route.(2) to introduce the types of concrete, and summarizes the strength grade of concrete is commonly used in building construction, the main technical parameters of impact drill, and the power, speed, bit diameter, etc., the optimization of key parameters.(3) using the Solid Works to automatic punching machine for 3D modeling, the roof is introduced the structure and working principle of automatic punching machine, punching machine and the automatic roof is analyzed, the key parts to determine the technical parameters.(4) using the view of dynamic analysis software Adams, motion simulation analysis was carried out on the lift platform, thus obtain its centroid motion curve. Through theoretical analysis, fork scissors mechanism kinematics model is established, according to the model analysis of hydraulic cylinder thrust value and the stress value of shear fork hinge points, and then determine whether shear fork lift platform work smoothly.(5) according to the established 3D model, through the solidworks simulasion shear fork arm for static analysis, judge whether the work safety and reliability.
