With the rapid development of science and technology, anchoring technology has been widely used in the engineering that dam reinforcement,underground structures supporting, slope stability and structure's anti-overturning etc. According to geotechnical conditions and the working characteristics of roof bolter, developing an anchor drilling tool and bit of high reliability, drilling speed and has a capacity of anti-jamming which have great significance to improve the construction efficiency which is an important factor that affects bolt supporting technology, so the paper made a deep research of bolt drilling tool.Spiral drilling tool is a common tool in the geotechnical anchoring job. In the process of geotechnical excavation, the main cuting torque consists of three parts, namely the penetration resistance and cutting resistance of acting on the all cutting edge, the resistance of acting on the surface of helical blade and the resistance of acting on spiral leaves between the soil and the hole wall. so the paper carried out a systemic study through theoretical analysis, experimental analysis and finite element optimization analysis.Theoretical and experimental studies have shown that the dynamic effect of the spiral drilling tool in geotechnical is closely related to helix angle of spiral drilling tool, rotational speed, normal pressure and geotechnical character. In the paper, adopted both orthogonal experimental planed experiment and finite element analysis analysed spiral drill rod, and then maked sure the parameters of the spiral drill rod.In the construction, storage and transportation machinism and loading and unloading machinism of anchor driller's drilling tool is very important to improve working efficiency and security and reduces the labor intensity. The paper designed a machinism of automatic storage and transportation and loading and unloading drill rod, and used Solidworks Motion analysed anchor silo in terms of the kinematics and dynamics, and applied SolidWorks Optimization to optimize anchor silo, finally achieved machinism and structure of anchor silo more rational.Through the study of anchor drilling tool and automatic adjustability machinism have indicated that we still needed to further study in engineering practice, due to complicated mechanism of action about geotechnical anchoring and a large number of construction factors, so that developing new type the anchor drilling tool and automatic adjustability machinism to meet the need of different geological conditions.
