Abstract/Summary:
The chassis of the truck crane (also called car frame) is using to carry theupper crane. Interiorly, there are two kinds of the truck crane chassis, one is forspecial using, and the other is for general using. Generally, in the course of thedesign of the truck crane chassis structure components, it is difficult forcommon designers to check and compute, efficiently and effectively, themechanics performance of the existence structures with the existence finiteelement analysis software. Being familiar with the operations of the software isonly the most superficial parts of work, it is more important to simplify themechanic aspects of the existence structures. Specifically, establishing thefinite element analysis model quickly and correctly of the concrete structuresneeds lots of energy and experiences. As a single person, I really want thedesigners of corporations to effectively use the finite element analysis tools tosolve problems;however, it is a fact that limitations of the designer's energy,special knowledge, and analyzing experiences make the trustful results difficultto achieve.The program of QYP is a special modeling program developed for thechassis of the truck crane industry. The implement of this program makes thechassis designers disentangled from the boring and mixed modeling work, andmakes the designers concentrate on the design and improvement of the chassisstructure, but not the mechanics analysis. By running the QYP program,designers will soon achieve the results of the designs or improvements, whichwill provide trustful data foundations of the new designs and improvements.The development of the QYP program has been finished in seven months,with eight steps for the guarantee of the validity, reliability and practicabilityof the program:1st step: going to Xuzhou Heavy Machinery Corporation and cooperatingwith the designers, we manually fined the finite element model of the QY100Ktruck crane chassis structure components and had a technologicalcommunication with the designers.2nd step: going back to our university, we do the linear static forceanalysis to the whole chassis structure components under 36 computingsituations and we finished the structural analysis report, with the help of thedesigners.3rd step: on the basis of the QY100K truck crane chassis structure, thedesigners and us abstracted the structure parameters, section parameters andload parameters of the chassis structure components, and formed a table ofseries parameters.4th step: going back to the Xuzhou Heavy Machinery Corporation, we hada stress testing of the QY100K chassis structure components with thecooperation of the designers and finished the testing and computing analysisreport, acknowledged by the designers.5th step: going back to our university again, we programmed the most partof the program, using the C language as programming language, vc6.0 asprogramming tool, ALGOR software as the development platform foundation.6th step: we programmed the interface of the QYP modeling program,using C++ language as the programming language, C++ Builder as thedevelopment tool.7th step: we took the QY100K truck crane chassis structure as an exampleto debug the QYP modeling program and finished the coMParative analysisbetween the parametric model and the manually fined model, and formed thewhole QYP 1.0 version.8th step: going to the Xuzhou Heavy Machinery Corporation, we trainedthe technological people for the QYP 1.0, and getting the notions and advices ofthe technological people, we further developed the QYP modeling program andformed the QYP 1.1.Every step of the eight above steps is very important. It will be nothing forthis special program development, if without the manual fining work as apremise. So we prepared a lot before programming. We fist analyzed the chassisstructure of the QY100K truck crane, communicated sufficiently with thedesigners, and composed, with the designers, a structural analysis report, whichis named "Finite Element Analyzing Report of Chassis Structure Components ofthe QY100K Truck Crane of Xuzhou Heavy Machinery Corporation Ltd.".We took a stress testing of the structure to validate the correctness of thecomputing model and the designers also participated in the collection of data toguarantee the objectiveness of the test. During the course of data processing,we communicated with the designers of the involved formulae and arithmetic.The designers and us together managed to establish and analyze the model,collect and deal with the testing data. The implement of the "Testing andComputing Data Analysis Report of Chassis Structure Components of theQY100K Truck Crane" Shows that we know and understand the chassisstructure correctly.Distilling the parameters was also accomplished with the designers and theamount of its workload was also very big. The designers and us used two weekstime to accomplish the elementary report "Explaining Text of Chassis StructureComponents Parameters of the Truck Crane", in which the designers consideredthe structural aspect and I considered the programming aspect.The programming of the QYP program was divided into two parts: one wasthe inner core, and the other was the interface, accomplished in three months.C language and the script language of the preceding disposal of the finiteelement analysis software ALGOR were used to program the inner core, whichwas done by me;C++ language was used to program the interface, of which theorganization was accomplished by me and the programming was accomplishedby Lian Weidong, and I finished the later perfections. This phase ended with theaccomplishment of the "Explaining Text of Using the Parametric ModelingProgram of QYP".The QYP program has a straight looking interface and simple operation,and provides an interface for the designer to design the chassis structure in anefficient way. The QYP program reduces the difficulty for the commondesigners to apply the existence finite element analyzing software and ensuresthat the designers can establish the finite element analyzing model of theproduct structure quickly and correctly, so as to get the data which can bereferenced.The parametric modeling program of the parts and components has alreadybeen used in many CAD 3-D modeling circumstances, however, because of thebig frameworks' geometric and connecting complexity, it is significant todevelop series tools to assist the designers to build the finite element analysismodel and achieve the self-dependence development of the enterprise products.Programming this kind of parametric finite element modeling program for theconcrete structure, which provides the interface of applying the existencegeneral finite element analysis software for the designers, becomes a reallypractical work. This essay just implements the parametric modeling program ofchassis structure components of the truck crane, while other great structures'modeling program developments need more communications and cooperationfrom the enterprise.
