Electric hoist single girder bridge crane is a kind of the modernization ofindustrial production in a prominent position of the hoisting and conveyingmachinery. In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technologythe rapid development of the CAD technology and the parametric and modulardesign method futher used, the crane design are in urgent need of adoptingadvanced design ways and means. In order to shorten the production cycle of theproduct, improve the efficiency of product design and the performance of themachine, the quality and economic products have been significant progress, sothat the market share of the products has been greatly improved, therebypromoting the development of the whole industry.In this paper, electric hoist single girder bridge crane as the research object,the finite element analysis model of the crane design are discussed in this paper,the design and calculation of structure of electric hoist bridge crane, design andvariable3D parametric modeling, and static analysis of the structure using finiteelement analysis software, the metal structure design of electric hoist fast andaccurate singlebeam bridge crane, the main research contents of paper are asfollows:(1) With electric hoist bridge crane as the research object, the use ofallowable stressdesign method for composite section respectively, crane and boxsection forms ofmetal structure design, using VC++MFC to compile parametricdesign program achieves the same type of crane metal structure parametricdesign.(2) Through the VC++and COM interface technology using the method ofparametric design for two SolidWorks to develop realizes automatic parametricmodel electric hoist single beam bridge crane.(3) Through the Simulation module SolidWorks with3D model based onthe finite element analysis, by comparing the thickness of electric hoist singlebeam bridge crane of the strength and stiffness analysis results and the coverplate, web plate, inclined plate and bottom flange plate thickness are analysed to get the influence on the single girder crane with electric hoist the strength andstiffness.
