On The Influence Of Urban Transportation Planning And Urban Internal Land

Traditional methods for urban transportation planning are only geared to the needs of transport The coordinate mechanisms between urban hand use and transport are not taken into account As the object of study, the specific methods are only to solve the local problems or the problems for one thing. The achievements in research are difficult to take affect in solving the important problems such as sustainable development In this paper, urban land use and transport is as the single system. The relationship between land use and transport and its affect on sustainable development far urban are study in macroscopic In the other hand, the transport is as the subordinate status of land use in traditional methods. Under this thought that transport is taken corresponding changes along with the changes of land use, the transport is in a passive position. In this paper, transport as condition factors that should be taken into account is put forward.There are four demands for sustainable system of urban land use and transportation : optimization of urban spatial structure, bring about the change from single-center multi-centar;disposition urban land resource rationally, realize the coordination between urban land use and transportation;Bring about the condition and change each other between land use and transportation.Finally, achievement in the dissertation is summarized and important problems to be solved in the futures are presented.
