| Screw shaft is widely used as driving piece and locating piece, it plays an important role in mechanical industry, and inversely the developing of industry demands of more high precise screw shaft.The tolerance of dynamic preloaded drag torque is an important parameter in the quality verification of helicoid. In order to meet the ISO3408-3:1992 and GB/T17587. 3-1998 demands on the verification of this parameter, a torque inspection machine is needed to be developed, ball screw measure system is composed of ball screw, torque inspection machine and PC.The torque measurement is a key link in the research and development, quality inspection, security and optimized control of all kinds of mechanical products. Based on the study of the structure of flexible component used in sensor, a kind of sensor for the torque inspection is developed using the principle of resistance strain sensor , mechanical principle and material.The sensor developed has the advantages such as simple manufacture procedure, small volume and high precision.Following the design thought of intelligent instrument and adopting device-solutions of advanced instrument design, the circuit of this instrument is designed to be reliable, simple in structure and economical in energy consuming. The instrument adopts single chip microcomputer as the tool for data collecting and processing. So the instrument is capable of self-adjusting to zero, calibration and digital filter. Furthermore, the instrument is small in volume. The system provide user with graphic operation interface, and it can amend the data in accordance with the environment easily, therefore it can improve the measurement precision, at the same time, the result can be saved in form of file and can be picked up at any moment. The system is validated success by both theory and practice. It has the same performance as imported similar products and will be able to meet the requirement of the sponsor.
