This paper applies the controlled technology about screw-tightening, the transmitted technology about planet gear and dynamic examined technology to the screw-tightening equipment based on dynamic examination. We analyze four kinds of methods about tightening control: torque method, torque and angle method, yield point method and double torque method in the controlled technology about screw-tightening. The double torque method applies to the screw-tightening equipment based on dynamic examination about this paper. The based design theory of planet gear transmission is introduced and has a foundation for the decelerated mechanism of planet gear in the transmitted technology about planet gear. This paper also analyzes the performance after assembling to the drive gear assembly of Auto's Auxiliary Transmission, and arrives at the influence of the adjusted taper's thickness to the drive gear assembly.The system of dynamic examination includes two part contents, the tightening system and the examined system in the dynamic examined technology. The tightening system provides tightening torque for the system of dynamic examination and transmits the torque valve to industrial control computer to analyze and judge. This paper introduces the design and function of the decelerated mechanism of planet gear and tightening mechanism. The examined system provides examined torque for the system of dynamic examination and transmits the torque valve to industrial control computer to analyze and judge. This paper analyzes the structure of tightening system, designs and optimizes the spring pin, analyzes torque sensor in the aspect of working principle, and at last analyzes the working principle of dynamic examination to explain to the examined results.
