Air conditioning technology is being used in extensive fields such as everyday life, office, industry manufacturing, medical and pharmacy. The modularized air conditioning control system mentioned in this thesis consists of two parts: manipulation controller and module controller. The control system works for different air conditioner groups with corresponding control & parameter configurations. The design solution involved in the thesis has been utilized in cleaning air-conditioning equipment and it will have great application prospect in broad area in near future.At first, the thesis introduces the development and application of refrigeration system in the world today, analyzes several models of the existing refngeration groups. The thesis also presents a complete control system design project for modularized refrigeration system. The introduction of the thesis outlines the structure of the modularized control system, and further, describes the control system hardware implementation in details. The thesis discusses the theoretical analysis and the hardware circuit design for both Fuzzy control and Fuzzy PED control strategies. The control system prototype is implemented with microcontroller Fujitsu-8L as core complying the requirement of cleaning air-conditioning system.In the last, both firmware and hardware have successfully gone through the procedure of research, design, implementation, debugging, installation and verification, the research of the system anti-jamming and reliability is discussed. The experiment results indicate this control system satisfy control requirement for refrigeration groups completely, improves performance and saves energy consumption as well.
