Air Conditioning Scheme And Energy Saving Analysis Of Large Space Clean Workshop

This paper makes analysis on air conditioning system of constant temperature and humidity clean building with large space and large span,discusses the new method of return air system,to control the temperature and humidity parameters are discussed in detail and Research on safety and stability of the diagram,in the practical application of the scheme.Through the analysis of energy consumption of air conditioning system of constant temperature and humidity,constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system in the traditional basis,put forward a new theory of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system,air conditioning system through the analysis of this kind of form,and compared with the traditional energy consumption of air conditioning system,has great significance for energy saving.According to the design of Foxconn large space and large span clean workshop project,enumerates the difficulties of the design,and the difficulties and the parameters were optimized,and then the theory of air processing scheme analysis,design reasonable layout system.The independent control principle of heat and humidity and the method of PID signal split control are analyzed theoretically.Secondly,the establishment of air conditioning system function model and simulation calculation analysis,and according to different seasonal patterns of air treatment process,that the air-conditioning system energy saving key points.Through the establishment of CFD model of large space and long span inner space,it is known that under the premise of guaranteeing cleanliness,the circulating air volume inside the building can be effectively reduced.Thus reducing the total investment of the project.Finally,when the actual operation of the project is being debugged,the calorific value of the equipment in the preliminary plant is much smaller than the design value,and the personnel in the region have not reached the design amount.Therefore,in addition to building load and light load,no other heat load,resulting in large indoor air relative humidity,conducted on the basis of the original design of two additional air section,not only can achieve the requirements of relative humidity,but also to transform the most simple type to bring the greatest benefits,reduced the cost of renovation.
