Household air conditioners are widely used and the market competition is fierce.Especially in recent years,the increase in extreme weather has made the importance of air conditioners in people’s daily life gradually highlighted.Air conditioners are closely related to people’s lives,and the use of air conditioners has increasingly become an indispensable factor related to people’s quality of life.Due to the special requirements of the use environment,it is particularly important to be able to conduct reliability inspections on them in time.The reliability of household air-conditioning products may not be consistent under different usage conditions and usage times.In view of this,through a detailed analysis of the product structure and function of several common household air conditioners on the market,on the basis of investigating a large number of relevant documents and collecting original product failure data,the control system that is prone to failure problems is selected for reliability analysis.Taking a certain type of wall-mounted household air-conditioning product of company A as an example,the influence of the reliability of this type of household air-conditioning control system on the airconditioning quality is analyzed.In order to improve the accuracy of system reliability analysis,the original fault data is subjected to trapezoidal fuzzy processing,the conditional probability table is determined by expert experience,and two kinds of importance analysis and posterior probability calculation are performed to complete this type of household airconditioning electrical control system.Modeling for reliability assessment.The analysis results verify that the sensor components are easily damaged in the use of the control system,and are the weakest link in the system that is most prone to failure.And by calculating the influence of different states of components in the system on the starting system and its importance,the weak links of the system that are prone to failure can be found,thereby providing ideas and methods for improving the reliability of the entire air conditioning equipment.In order to maximize the inherent reliability growth capability of this type of product,manufacturers should pay attention to the quality requirements for system components and reduce the system failure rate as much as possible.And for the purpose of improving product reliability,we strictly record the problems caused by household air conditioners and other product systems and conduct fault traceability.In this way,while improving the quality of air conditioners and reducing the occurrence of highaltitude maintenance accidents,it helps to control the costs related to post-maintenance,protect corporate profits,improve consumer satisfaction,and effectively improve product reliability.Relevant manufacturers can draw on the existing research experience to formulate more appropriate production and maintenance strategies to help reduce product failure rates,extend product life and stability,and improve product environmental adaptability.The research on the reliability of household air-conditioning equipment can point out the direction for the fault diagnosis and elimination of household appliances,which has very important practical significance.
