Medicine is used for the prevention and treatment of diseases,whose quality is directly related to human health.Once contaminated or cross-contaminated by microorganisms,medicine pollution or cross-contamination during the production process,medicine will endanger the health of consumers and even their life.The pharmaceutical industry has strict requirements on the cleanliness,wind speed,pressure difference,temperature and humidity in the production environment,In view of this,based on field test data and numerical simulation results,the clean air conditioning system in the level-3 biosafety laboratory is studied.A pharmaceutical factory in Xianyang is selected as the study object,Researches are as follows:(1)This paper briefly introduces the load calculation,air treatment process,air volume,air distribution,pressure control and disinfection methods of the air conditioning system;(2)The problems encountered during the debugging and testing of the air conditioning system were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions and suggestions are given;(3)According to the problems that the indoor temperature do not meet the requirements in the culture room,five air distribution modes were proposed without changing the original air supply volume,inlet and outlet size,the numerical simulation.The velocity field,temperature field,dust concentration field and air age of these five modes were simulated and analyzed.The results showed that in the first mode,when air supply temperature is increased to 38 degree C,the local temperature of the room meets standard,and the distance from the air supply can not meet the requirements;In the second mode,add two return air inlet,room temperature,wind speed,dust concentration and air age do not change,indicating that the effect of increasing the return air inlet is very small;In the third and fourth mode,adding two supply air or two supply air and two return air inlet,all of the indexes meet the requirements,and the velocity field,temperature field,dust concentration field and air age distribution of the two modes are very similar;When air supply mode is down supply with up return,the peak temperature of the measurement point,the dust concentration peak and the average air age are the best among the five modes,indicating that the air distribution is suitable for culture,But its construction is very difficult,may lead to secondary dust phenomenon and has shortages for eliminating the indoor contaminated air,the use of this air supply mode should be comprehensive considered.The results of numerical simulation showed that,for the culture room,without changing the original indoor air supply volume,the inlet and outlet size,location condition,scheme three is the best solution,The fourth scheme which is the same to practical solution methods also meet the requirements,showing the results of the numerical simulation is credible.
