Passenger station is the node and backbone on passenger special railway line, capacity of reception and departure train at station deciding the density of traveling crane and the capacity of passenger transport. Motor train unit(EMU), which incorporating traction power and carrier, is the train traveling on special railway line. Mode of train operation organization is "Less group, High density", which ensure transportation on special line just like public traffic, and stand out the preponderant competition in passenger transportation market. Correspondingly passenger special line station must have stated carring capacity. So studying on the passing capacity under stated fixings and the number of fixings under expectation passing capacity at station are significant to guide the decision-making for station's passenger traffic and train operation organization.Based on the comparison and analysis of the differences between special railway and general railway passenger station, such as the passenger station layout, traveling fixings, means of passenger delivery, mode of transportation organization. This dissertation presents that the existing calculational methods and exoterica for general station carrying capacity can not be the same with special railway station calculation, and analysis the significance and indispensable for integative studing carrying capacity. Based on a full analysis to the present broad adoptive analytica method's advantages and disadvantages, combining the characteristic of passenger special railway station, the paper point out that computer simulation is the accurate way to research the special railway station carrying capacity.This dissertation systems analysis the special railway station layout, trait of station plane structure and the influence on station passing capacity, at the same time analysis the characteristic of different stations' operation, the operation processes and the relevant time for passenger special railway train at station. The paper summarizes three essential to research the station carrying capacity: Firstly, need to research the station's fastigium passing capacity, not a day;Secondly, need to study the integrative carrying capacity, namely researchingthe integrated station passing capacity which under the harmonizing between station throat and receiving-departure track operation;Thirdly, need to use combinatorial method to reflect the station passing capacity and the inscape of it. Then modeling the passenger special railway station throat and receiving-departure track operation processes, and sets up a carrying capacity optimization mode which based on the harmonizing different part of station operation. All these research sets a primary foundation for developing the carrying capacity of passenger special railway station simulation software.
