Research Of Control System Of Building Blocks Production Line Based On PLC And Configuration Software

Concrete block has the merit on saving materials , energy and protecting environment and so on comparing with fire-clay brick, and it's a new building material promoted vigorously by country, which has been widely used and developed. Research and improvement of automatic control system of building blocks production line is very important to raise production efficiency , control quality and improve working conditions for the workers.This paper sets up a distributed control system by analyzing technological process of building blocks production line on the basis of discussing the application actuality of industrial computer control systems. In the system PC and homebred excellent configuration software MCGS are used in the integration management, and MITSUBISHI FX series of PLC is used in distributed control. Multipoint configuration is introduced to communication between configuration software and PLC, the same to the communication pattern of 485 protocol. When hardware configuration is being done, PLC programming is put up to realize the function that production line is automatically controlled, then MCGS systems engineering configuration is put up too to realize the function of monitor , dynamic adjustment of parameter and direction as well as report forms. Finally it is improved to the way commixing materials and fuzzy control theory is put up, which increases precision.This paper provides a applicable blue print for automatic control of building blocks production line, and it has some consult value to mass production of building blocks. The idea and method of this system has some use for reference to the other automation system.
