| The demand for building O&M management system in intelligent buildings and smart cities has been increasing in recent years with the development of Internet technology,Internet of Things technology and database technology.With the development of Internet technology,IOT technology and database technology,the requirements for building operation and maintenance management systems in intelligent buildings and smart cities are increasing.In order to realize the intelligent management of building equipment,a set of building operation and maintenance management platform with compatibility,scalability and intelligence needs to be built.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research background and significance at home and abroad.Starting from the needs of building operation and maintenance management personnel,a set of web configuration software platform for building operation and maintenance management system based on b/s architecture is developed.Using the component-based web development method and framework and other mainstream technologies,combining the component-based web configuration with the big data cloud platform can not only break the limitations of the traditional network and data storage methods,improve the building equipment and data management ability,but also quickly and efficiently realize the data visualization,equipment monitoring and status monitoring in the building operation and maintenance through the web components with different functions.The platform includes configuration client,configuration server,data interface and database management layer.It includes configuration editing,configuration operation,configuration management and data management.Secondly,it combines with Vue progressive framework to design and develop Web configuration software page architecture,page information storage and interaction mode.Based on the information management requirements of the building operation and maintenance management system,a building operation and maintenance information management interface and a management project interface were designed.Using HTML+CSS+Java Script,a user-friendly interface was developed for the editing and operation of the Web configuration software.The design and development of the Web configuration function framework,including the Web configuration software page configuration and data configuration functions.Based on API and Web Service technology development to read and store platform data.Real-time data reading is realized by using WCF technology.Through the data management mechanism of Web configuration platform,it implements real-time data refreshing in the page,data interaction of building operation and maintenance information management,and uploading of image resources.Finally,an office building is used as an example based on cloud service application mode,for the air conditioning system,lighting system and energy management system,we develop Web components with building characteristics,and integrate the monitoring of building subsystems and management of building operation and maintenance information into the Web configuration platform.This provides real-time monitoring of building electrical equipment status and building equipment information in the browser and management of building operation and maintenance information. |
