Rencently, intelligent instruments gradually replace the traditional instruments which are widely used in industrial process control system.Due to the built-in microprocessor system, intelligent instrument has a powerful data processing capabilities.There is a greater improvement than the traditional instruments in the information processing and system functions. On the basis of single loop control function of intelligent instrument, the measuring and controlling system is composed of Several intelligent instruments which are connected with the industrial control computer through the communication equipment,The MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) control structure and more complex control functions can be realized by the software of industrial control computer. Due to the instrument configuration and application function are different, it need to design and develop a special industrial control computer system software for multi-intelligent-instruments measurement and control system. while this is expensive and the maintenance is noncovenient. Based on this background, the thesis designed the configuration software of the intelligent instruments control system, which is facilitate to the design and development of multi-intelligent-instruments measurement and control system and its popularization and application.Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the technology and application of intelligent instruments and configuration software. The configuration software application of intelligent instruments was put forword in this paper. On the basis of systerm requirement analysis, systerm design scheme was proposed. The configuration software was divided into three parts:a graphical interface systems, database systems and communications. Then based on the Windows MFC technology and with the help of Visual Studio 2008, At the same time, A simulation experiment platform including four intelligent instruments and computer is set up.Through the communication between the computer and the four intelligent instruments, the function of the process parameters and the setting value of the process parameters in the process of the industrial field processing is simulated, and the simulation running and debugging work is carried out,and the design of automatic control system for four-tubes electric vacuum exhaust equipment as the system design, the design of the configuration software is used to complete the design and development of the industrial control computer software.Finally, the paper summarizes the work of this project and makes up with suggestions on further design and development.
