In recent years,the rapid development of Internet of things(IoT)brings new opportunities for its innovative applications in all walks of life.At present,in the field of intelligent building,a new building intelligent system--building electrical equipment IoT system,which is no center,self-organized and flat,has been put forward.Of which the architecture is for space service,which can realize the coordinated operation of electrical equipment in the same space.Of which the architecture is for space service and can eliminate many limitations of the vertical architecture such as the difficulty in realizing the coordinated operation of the electrical equipments,the large workload of the configuration and lacks of scalability and flexibility,etc.The development of the software system for the building electrical equipment IOT systemis the key to realize the established functions.At the same time,its high self-organization characteristics have high requirements for the flexibility of the software system construction.According to the demand,this paper studies and designs a configuration software for the building electrical equipment IoT system,which is conducive to the rapid and flexible construction of the software system for the building electrical equipment IoT system.Firstly,the paper expounds the importance of realizing the "intelligent" management and control of the building electrical equipment,studies the architecture of building electrical equipment IoT system,analyzes the functional requirements of the configuration software and designs its frame which including the database system,the human-computer interface system and the communication interface.The function of the three parts of the configuration software are analyzed,and the key technologies for realizing configuration software such as WPF,distributed file storage,WCF communication are determined.Secondly,in order to improve the real-time performance of real-time database,a data structure combining vector table and RB-tree is given as the index structure of real-time data,and the real-time transaction scheduling and concurrency control of real time database are studied.Thirdly,the storage design of the historical operation data of the building electrical equipment adopts the Hadoop distributed file system,and gives a storage strategy to pack the historical data according to the time node,which is beneficial to the analysis of the BigData of building electrical equipment.The data access interface based on WCF services is designed and implemented,and a batch boarding method of WCF servic is given,which reduces the complexity when WCF services are released.Fourthly,based on Windows message processing mechanism,using component technology,multithreading technology and MVC program design framework,the core parts of the man-machine interactive interface system,such as drag-drop configuration tool,building electrical equipment model library,is designed and developed.Finally,the configuration software is tested with the building electrical equipment IoT system of a passive experimental building in a university.The results show that the configuration software can construct the software system for he building electrical equipment IoT system quickly and Flexibly,and can realize coordinated operation of building electrical equipment in space units.
