The Study On Coal Mining Cities Planning Layout Structure In Sensitive Ecosystem Area

With the grand strategy for the development of China's west, the rising coal mining cities are in the stage of high speed development in west of China. At the same time, we should make saving use of resource and relax the conflict between resource utilization and ecological environmental protection from the sustainable development point of view.Based on the research of urban planning, ecology, geography and the idea of constructive environmental protection, according to the cities' characters in the region of sensitive ecosystem, and through the analysis of Xuejiawan's planning layout structure, the thesis put forward out the planning layout structure mode of Xuejiawan and the planning layout structure mode of sensitive ecosystem region in northwest China, in order to guide human settlements construct and city's healthy development.The study generalizes in this thesis the space structure of living service base of coal mining cities into four parts: living space, manufacturing district space, afforest space system and infrastructure system. Combining four development stage of Xuejiawan the study expatiates on each stage of space and puts forward cities planning layout structure mode of Xuejiawan. Finally, Based on the research conclusion of zoology environment of northwest area, combining cities planning layout structure mode of Xuejiawan the thesis comes to a conclusion that coal mining cities planning layout structure mode in sensitive ecosystem area of northwest and urban planning principle.Making use of favorable economic base of coal mining cities and combining ecological environmental protection ideas, the author think sustainable development in region of sensitive ecosystem can be done by rebuilding natural environment.
