Study On Planning Strategy Of Coal Mining Subsidence City From The Perspective Of Double Repair

As the "Scar" of the city,the mining subsidence area seriously damages the ecological environment and landscape of the mining area,and restricts the social and economic development of the city.At present,the domestic research and Practice on its governance are mainly focused on land reclamation,ecological restoration and landscape planning.Although some achievements have been made,there are still some deficiencies,mainly reflected in the lack of creativity and diversity in the governance mode,the lack of attention to the ecological effect of landscape and the imperfection of the governance mechanism,and the lack of comprehensive operation from the early stage of ecological restoration to the later stage Systematic exploration of development.In view of this,this study takes “urban dual repair”as the starting point,selects the Huaibei Shuoxihu coal mining subsidence area as an empirical study,and explores the coal mining subsidence area planning strategy from the perspective of urban double repair.This research first summarizes the relevant basic theories,sorts out the relevant research overview of urban double repair and coal mining subsidence areas,and discusses the planning reference ideas for coal mining subsidence areas through relevant planning practice research.Secondly,to elaborate on the current status of coal mining subsidence areas,including their classification,characteristics and problems,and deficiencies in governance,in order to introduce urban double repair,and on the basis of previous relevant theoretical research and case reference,expand the connotation of urban double repair and propose the main aspects of urban double repair content.On this basis,for the existing problems of coal mining subsidence area,put forward its planning objectives and planning principles,and combined with the urban double repair content framework,put forward a coal mining subsidence area planning double repair strategy system.Among them,ecological restoration strategies include ecological safety pattern construction,and habitat restoration.Urban restoration strategies include collage function network,transportation system reconstruction,kinetic energy conversion,complete supporting facilities,characteristic space shaping,cultural remodeling and Seven aspects of governance mechanism were repaired.Finally,this study combined with the case of Shuoxi Lake area in Huaibei City,conducted an empirical study.Based on the analysis and evaluation of the status quo of the area,the previous planning strategy framework was used as a guideline to propose a specific double repair strategy to verify the application of urban double repair incoal mining collapse The practical value of district planning.Study on Planning Strategy of Coal Mining Subsidence Area from the Perspective of Double Repair Combine the coal mining subsidence area planning with ecological restoration and urban repair to achieve the comprehensive improvement of the ecological,economic and social benefits of the suburban coal mining subsidence area,and promote the urban regional economic development Social stability and ecological health.This study provides new theoretical support for the governance of the coal-mining subsidence area in the new period and the transformation and update of the city where it is located,and provides scientific guidance for the planning of the coal-mining subsidence area.Figure [46] Table [14] References [76]...
