The Three Gorges is located at the district which medium combine with western region of our country,it is an economical bond link with upper-stream and downstream of Yangtze River, also it is a region in which mankind's produce action is activity and mightiness, the natural ecosystem environment is sensitive and weak .Because of too much person while much little lands, the relation of person and lands is very rigorous.In the construction of Three Gorges Project, parts of towns or right on the spot after depend, or all move to the new land, thus bringing many natural ecosystems with worse environment stability sensitive areas into the city developping district, that may cause the town ecosystem system be out of balance and worsen environment, obstruct the sustainable development of towns.According to this background, this thesis set out from the angle of the city planning profession, make use of many course knowledge synthetically, such as ecology,environmental science and landscape ecology etc., inquiry into the research of ecosystem environment sensitive areas planning in the Three Gorges towns, take the ecosystem environment sensitive areas planning to be the important path and assurances that can improve city's ecosystem environment and promote harmonious development between the city and natures. Firstly in the thesis, on the foundation of overviews related research to the ecosystem environment sensitive areas of the domestic and international, the thesis elaborates to the definition,content and related theorieses of the ecosystem environment sensitive areas.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the influence factor which makes the sensitivity of the Three Gorges towns'ecosystem environment,and definitioned the main type of the ecosystem environment sensitive areas, then summaries current situation of local sensitive areas construction and finds the problem in the construct process.Again, aims at above problem, on the foundation of in draw lessons from related theories and make use of them synthetically,the thesis puts forward the planning method and operate procedure of the ecosystem environment sensitive areas of Three Gorges towns.Finally,the thesis takes Yunyang county's mater planning as an example, displaying the application process and its results of the method.
