The Apparatus CSCD System Based On Web And PDM Research

At present, mechanical and electrical innovation ability is not strong in our country, enterprise in particular the new product development ability is generally weaker;On the other hand, the research of product, specially the new mechanical and electrical product researcher and the resources major in the design institute, the universities and the handful enterprise, the design resources and the manufacture resources assignment is not very balanced. Therefore, the mechanical and electrical product innovation design must base on our basic national condition, carry on the optimized combination of resources, develop modern manufacture technology, through the newest achievement of the computer, the information, automated and the modern management technology carry on the promotion to the traditional manufacture technology. In order to promote the design technology of electric appliance product, this article taked Web and PDM as the foundation, built the electric appliance product CSCD platform.Article elaborated current development condition of CSCD which is based on Web and PDM technology, and how to construct CSCD platform based on Web and PDM aimed at the electrical profession characteristic. Article begined from the system preliminary analysis and the construct design, separately introduced the system question definition, the feasible analysis and the construction constructed also and the related technology. To construct the system platform, establish based on Web B/W/D three structures PDM, use the Mysql to establish data storage model, realize the PDM function, expands PDM using XML to the isomerism data handling ability. Through the PDM platform based on Web, using XML and RDF to construct Multi -Agent based on Web Service in the system completes the isomerism data integration and based on the semantic coordination design. When designing for electric appliance product, needs to carry on the design from the different angle, like the optimized design, the reliable design, the Lu stick design and the DFx method (namely Design For x, x might for assembly, manufacture, stress, cost, test and so on). Article designed facing the electric appliance product entire life cycle's product information model, the process model, the organization model, used of RDF information models and the browser plug-ins technical check drawings, completed the CSCD of electric appliance product.Article establishes the design platform based on Web and PDM for characteristic of the electric appliance, using CSCD method based on the semantic, promoted the electric appliance product design efficiency.
