Research And Implementation On Architecture And Data Model For Aircraft Cooperative Design System

Aircraft cooperative design is a new technology which was supported by the 863 Hi-Tech Program of the Tenth Five-Year Plan. It aims at designing high quality, low cross, market required product in less time, for less development cycle make the enterprise more challenge.Cooperative design is a cooperative method across time, space and disciplines in multiple project teams. It emphasizes on sharing of ideas and know-how between experts in the distributed product development process. Cooperative design has proposed new requirements to traditional design tools, which should provide dispersed users with environment for real-time cooperative discussing and problem solving. Thus, people from different divisions and different disciplines can contribute their experience and ideas throughout the product development process by cooperative work, mutual aid and division work.The thesis was started with the analysis of CSCD architecture, and several frequently used cooperative design architectures were provided. Considering the requirement of product data and other information management in the aircraft cooperative design, functions of the cooperative system can be split into four levels - networking, communication, collaboration and application level. Then an efficient architecture for the aircraft cooperative design system was constructed. Meanwhile, the key technologies for cooperative system were studied systematically.Secondly, based on reference model and data-flow model of traditional CAD systems, a cooperative information model of collaborative CAD systems for the aircraft cooperative design system was put forward. The information model includes various correlative data and knowledge for the plan, development, implement and realization of the aircraft project. According to the demands of the information model we setup distributed database environment for the cooperative system.On the base of above studies, taking both the past experience of CSCD and requirement of the aircraft cooperative design environment into consideration, the aircraft cooperative design prototype system that adopted C/S model was developed. And also the information model was realized to support the prototype system by the composite application sharing way. This system can provide a safe cooperative design environment for application in distributed networking environment.
