With the development of production, gears drive is used widely. And double circular arc gears have some advantages that involute gears can't compare. The profile parameters of double circular arc gears affect dynamic performance strongly. Double circular arc gears are the complex special helical gear, and the design of the profile parameters is very flexible. Therefore, in this dissertation, it is very important to study the tooth profile parameters optimum on double circular arc gears by means of modern design method and computer technique.According to the principle of the mesh of double circular arc gears, this paper applies reference frame in the progress of double circular arc and the equation of gear face. According to the double circular arc gear face equation, analyses the mash of the face of double circular gear. And get the equation of the gear engage line and the figure of contact line.On the base of research of double circular arc tooth restrict and dimension parameter, implement the parameter solid modeling of the structure and the transmission of the solid modeling and the variable of the parameter design system. Using parameter of the outcome of parameter design system to build the modeling built.this thesis used advanced design method to search for the parameter design method for gear design. Considered the complexity of double circular arc gear structure, this thesis based on the SolidWorks entity design system in parametrization modeling function, uses VC++. Net compile environment to established the double circular arc gear parametrization modeling system.
