Discussion On Fire Protection Planning And Managing Of Towns

In the past few years, the fire situation was serious in China, with an upward trend of conflagration incidence and economic losses. The reason is that the construction of public fire fighting facilities and fire fighting equipments is lagged down the speed of economic development, which results the difficultity in protecting and disposaling fire in towns.The fire fighting planning is an important compotent part in urban fire protection, so it is inevitable to strengthen the fire fighting towns's planning and construction of public fire fighting facilities, set up fire safety system and improve the ability of fire protecting and disposaling as well.In this paper, the circumstance of fire fighting is assested and problems exiting in the fire system are brought out. By analse, the correspounding measures are brought out to promote the development of urban fire protection on the basis of compiling and perfecting the urban fire fighting planning.At last, the case analysis of fire fighting planning of Hanwang Town, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, is made. The outline and process in fire fighting planning are summed up and some constructive suggestions are brought out.
