With the development of the multimedia, the industry of computer and the consume electronics are increasing amalgamation, and become a new digitized information industry. All sorts of communion of the information are increasing. The realization of the communion of information in the congener and un- congener net increasingly become a new problem of needed resolve. In many domains such as education training, commercial demonstration and entertainment and so on, we need display the VGA signal that output from computer on the television screen. But in the time after work, we hope to receive the TV signal through the monitor to relax. But the TV signal is different with the VGA signal, so two kind of display devices are unable general. As the work way is different, the conversion from TV to the VGA need complete the scanning from interleaved to the line, and the match of the line and field frequency. So it must use the special video frequency switch.In the paper, we design a controller of the video conversion based on the FPGA. It can be used in the TV-VGA video signal convert, including: The controller ofI 2C , it can initialize and collocate the outside circuit through theI 2C bus; The mixed-filter circuit, it is the concatenation of pseudo median filter and adaptive average filter, can improve the SNR and enhance the quality of images; The synchronous circuit, through the delays and mini-controller circuits to achieve synchronous video signals to the normal show. The core circuit used the EP20K200EFC484-2X chip of the APEX20KE series of the AlteraCorporation, structured the special processing and theI 2C controller functions, realized to the mixed-filter algorithm of digital video processing and theI 2C controller algorithm.The circuit burned into FPGA after synthesis. The highest frequency is 84.95MHZ, and the worst is 68.23MHZ, and it satisfies the real-time video signal processing. In the article we show the circuit schematic and hardware circuit diagram, and explain detailedly their work process.
