In order to cope with the adaptability requirements of underwater acoustic array signal simulation with diverse array shapes and array scales in wide applications,an open sonar array signal simulation architecture and the real-time simulation of signal are carried out in this paper.An open sonar array signal real-time simulation system is designed and implemented based on the general signal processor within the constraints of the array scale.In this paper,the open demand is taken as the breakthrough point,and the corresponding issues related with real-time simulations are studied.Specific works are as follows:1.The entire structure and implementation principle of array signal simulation system are studied,including ship radiated noise simulation module,array element signal simulation module,marine environment noise simulation module.The simulation methods are verified in the paper.2.According to the diversity of array signal simulation requirements in sonar applications,we propose a novel open interconnection control systems(OICS)based on the DSP platform,including supervisory interaction layer,standard component layer and intermediate transport layer.The requirement of computing resources related with those input parameters such as the number of array elements and sampling rate in this open system is analyzed.3.The general signal processor composed of multi-core DSP chip TMS320C6678 is used as simulation processing platform,and the advantages and disadvantages of multiple parallel modes are analyzed.The parallelization signal simulation based on the data flow mode and with the help of the master-slave is proposed in the simulation system.4.With respect to the key problems of communication and synchronization between cores in multi-core DSP parallel mode,a synchronization mechanism is introduced.A multi-core data synchronization method based on task barrier is used to ensure that each module simulation task realizes data synchronization in parallel mode.Simulation of real-time verification shows that the multi-core synchronous data output under real-time simulation is satisfied.5.In the hardware platform of the general signal processor,a real-time simulation system of open array signal with 128-array cylindrical formation is designed and realized,and real-time docking with sonar signal processing system is completed.The test results verify the correctness of simulation results.
