Used by the technologies such as 3D making model, rendering, animating an so on, we have established systematic internet environment for learning, as well asensured highly efficient application of teaching resources under the internet environment by putting streaming media technology into effect. Meanwhile, the beautiful and clear webs were created by the use of aesthetic theory . The course-learning system which is compatible of graph ,text, voice , picture and with excellent person-machine interaction and navigation ability was established by using the theory of person-machine interface and multimedia technology. Enlightening training mode of exercises has been designed according to the characteristics of vocational and technical college's students. The efficient conformity of abundant practical teaching resources enables students to fulfill the transition from sensibility cognition to abstract theory, and the join between drawing course theory and application in specialized area was strengthened, as well as the linking-up between theory and application were achieved effectively.This learning system has already used in teaching of the Chengdu Aeronautic Vocational and Technical College. The visualize of abstract conception, of dynamic process and simplified the complex process. It took effects in network teaching and achieved the goal of "give prominence to practice, and serve to special field". All these support the course to be the excellent course in Sichuan .
