However, the automobile test techniques get behind the development of the automobile's new techniques,bringing forward the new task in the updating and development of the brake performance test, the test equipment and the test means.The paper summarizes the status of automobile brake performance test system, including of test equipments, test means and test criterions. The questions in existing test equipments are analyzed, to bring forward the design conceive of dynamic test system. Moreover the dynamics model is built when the automobile brakes, then emulates the model by Visual C++ and Matlab, to narrate that the dynamic shaft weight and side force should be tested when carrying through the brake performance test. Previously, in the automobile safety test, the brake intensity is more important, and the stability of braking performance is taken less attention. By theory analysis, this text will explain the automobile brake stability is very necessary for the brake safety.The dynamic test system including of mechamicao, construction system and PC software is designed. Thereinto, the master machine software's programmed by Visual C++6.0 on PC. The system has perfect function, dependable running and convenient operation to boost test precision and test speed. Furthermore, the system has friendly and intuitionistic interfaces, and resolves the question of brake force, shaft weight and side force's dynamic collection. Using the system, the user can see the force's change in the process of the automobile braking. For the automobile safety test department, the automobile manufacturer and the automobile servicing factories, the system has very important practical value and great meaning for the automobile fault diagnosis . |
