Vehicle Braking Performance Detection System

The automotive braking performance measurement and control system is an testing device which is widely used in many fields,such as the test of new car design , the output test of new car and the regular test of automotive which is holded by the traffic management deptartment for the automotive on the road. According to the the rapid development of automotive industry and the situation that the device of our automotive performance measurement has lag behind forgein's , the people have paid more attention to the research of the automotive braking performance measurement and control system.The research of the automotive braking performance measurement and control sytem is an all-around appling science including many subjects and fields. The main aim of this thesis is to design an automotive braking performance measurement system and lay stress on the application of the computer controlling technology to try to improve the "intelligence" and "automation" speciality of the system which make it more multifunctional,good-performance,easy-used and with high precision and reliability.The contents about the significance,development and situation of the research of the automotive braking performance measurement and control system are discussed in the beginning of this thesis,and then it introduces the computer controlling technology's history and development in the future.And also it introduces correlative contents and performance evaluation of the automotive braking system.After that,this thesis introduces the configuration and working principle in the reaction brake system.Following the principle and the function requirement,the scheme of the system is designed and the hardware and software of the system have been confirmed and tested.Finally, the results obtained and the lessons learned are summarized, and future work is discussed.The research of this theis based on difinite theory, including the education of mathematical model, discussion of methodology and the design of real control system. What's more, the application of this research object may make great economy and society benefits. So this research has an important academic and practical significance.
