A significant issue puzzled elevator manufacturer is how to use fewer service technician to guarantee the rapid response request of user's elevator service, up to the trouble elimination in time. With the rapid development of the control and the network communication technology, a possibility for the remote control elevator system is provided. That is: completing the diagnose and control of remote elevator through the method of computer communication network, to get the link of remote elevator and attain the aim of equipment's maintenance and trouble elimination.Working as the main vertical transportation tools for people, elevator is one of the special machine-electron products, which has high manufacturing cost and long life cycle, additional, elevator also has the giver security and technology criterion. Considering particularity and distribution of elevator, we developed a new elevator remote control system based on RS-485 bus.on the basis of generous research, the system is designed to have some characteristics listed below: 1 remote inspection and control; 2 real-time operation; 3 high automation.the paper mainly introduces the design procedure and realization method of software and hardware used to realize communication between the PC of monitoring center and the field data acquisition device.and also introduces the manner that acquire data through serial or parallel ports. On the design of circuit, the device uses voltage conversion and isolation ,etc. On the design of software, the device uses digital filtering,etc.For anti-jamming in the system,it is designed to ensure the power supply be safely isolated.With the techniques of digital signal processing and so on,the reliability of the system is enhanced.The performance of the field data acquisition device may be displayed on the man-machine interface through processing the data received by the monitoring center.Through practical debug and tryout, the system could improve the reliability and stability of elevator. And this system is convenience to use and maintenance. |
