| With the gradually deepening development of economic globalization, regional economy moves toward to the direction of all-in-one coordination development. The transportation infrastructure as a main carrier of economic development, playing a decisive role in combining regional resources, accelerating the circulating of goods, personnel and funds among different regional, and narrowing the imbalance of regional in economy development, ect. For this reason, the provinces encompassed of the Pearl River Delta and the area around took multilateral consultation, aimming at the transportation infrastructure's out of line, dismatch, outa sync, which is caused by administration bulwark, and reached unanimous suggestion of carrying out interprovincial link-up highway programming. Under this background, the thesis investigated the transportation integration development and the theories of interprovincial link-up highway planning. Three main problems have been research and discussed in this thesis: the background and theoretics foundation of the transportation all-in-one development, the forecast measures of traffic flow on the interprovincial road and the layout method research among different provencs. First, the transportation integrative progressing system was consulted, the characteristic of regional economy and transportation development was analysed in the thesis, domestic and the international economy geography theory was utilized to analysis the reason to carry on regional especially some special areas transportation planning, such as economic cincture, economic circle, ect. And then came to the macroscopic necessity of carrying out provincial highway planning. Second, for the interprovincial link-up highway programming area is hard to carve up, and cannot connect to be a network, the traditional four-phase method for provincial highway programming cannot be used. So a lot of data about Hunan province highway network programming were collected and referred, picked the interprovincial highway's historical transportation factors out of them, and considerd of the social economic statistical indexes of the cities on the bundary, stablished integration predict model, used time series models, combined with Matlab software to accomplish the traffic prediction for interprovincial highway programming's age limit. The dot importance can't make certain that the addition communication line significance caused by transit transportation demand of tree-like highway network. The transportation zone method can't qualify the data, and there are potential elements which are uncertain to road network composition. So the dot importance zone bit combination composition method on layout was used in the thesis to avoid these defects. Also take Hunan-Guangdong highway for example to testify, got great effect. At present, the research on interprovincial connection highway programming, which is an opening reginal tansportation programming thesis and methods is few. The paper integrated the past programming theoretics and method, then use it. It not only enriched the highway transportation programming theory, but also the instance research provide scientific construction bases for traffic department. |
