| As a significant part of regional road network, rural road network plays a vital role in rural social economy, it is also considered to be of great importance in "issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area" and achieving urban and rural overall development. Nowadays, China is experiencing a high-speed urbanization and construction of new rural. However, performance of rural road network is claimed as inefficient and anti-ecological. Particularly, rural area closing to main city area is facing a great challenge in terms of construction, due to vacancy of planning, rigid management and unscientific methods. Consequentially, developments of the rural area, even developments the main city area, are negatively limited.Therefore, this paper is working on exploring scientific planning methods from perspective of accelerating rural social economical developments. Three aspects are analysed in this article, first of all, objectives of rural network planning, secondly, methods of this research, then, practice and exploration.Based on the development experience of foreign rural road network, combined with thestrategic background of current China’s new urbanization, through the analysis of the suburbrural function, summed up four goals of suburb rural highway network planning, and the specific connotation.Planning methods is emphasized in this paper. In order to plan as a guide to the Node Important Degree, discussing the application of the specific connotation of ruralhighway network planning and the methods, puts forward solutions for non adaptive content,and ultimately achieve the purpose of planning objectives. Finally based on the construction of urban ecological pattern is proposed to calculate the node important degree model is applicable to the Chengdu City suburban district, to make up for the lack of traditional planning method in environmental considerations; add in the promotion of the road network optimization content from the perspective of the overall development of rural society and economy.Xindu district, Chendu is used as a case study to research the rural road network planning methods discussed in this article. |
