Research On Layout Planning And Evaluating Of City Regional Highway Network In Economy-Developed Area

The city regional highway network, which takes as significant component part of the highway network system,is distinguished different from national and provincial highway network by lauout, design and appraising. The dissertation chooses the layout of the city regional network as the research target, and study the detail as following: Analyses on the characters of the city regional highway network in economy-developed area; Probably selects the method of the city regional network; Establishes the mode of the city regional network construction; Adopts the design approach to select planning routes; Sets up the system of synthesis evaluating, and utilities the approach to value the scheme of the network layout.During the research of this dissertation, it begins with available route network planning way, by the oretical analyzing to seek a program which adaps to the city regional network. United the distinguishing features of city regional network, Four research achievements has been obtained under the guiding of above mentioned methods as follows. Firstly, relation is analyzed between development of social economy and road transportation, while discussing the demanding feature of transportation method and highway network planning, and investigating the layout character of city regional highway network from two espects, in order to differiate the city regional highway network and other grade highway networks, establish the layout principle for city regional highway network as well as its correspond planning procedure. Secondly, some general measures are taken into consideration, such as important degree method, expert analysis method, four-step method and traffic location method, et al. based on their implementation scope and efficiency evaluation, the joint method combining important degree and traffic location together is suitable for highway network layout planning for economy-developed region.
