The Reconstruction projects of the Test and Control System for Universal Test Stand For Hydraulic Machinery was set by DFEM Corporation to meet the requirements of analyzing the hydraulic performance of turbines. The project includes two main parts: the automation control system and the virtual instrument test system. This thesis mainly devoted to the study of the above of two. The test theory and process of the Universal Test Stand For Hydraulic Machinery are described first. Then the requirements of the test and control system are analyzed in detail. The thesis gives deep studies on this system design. A suitable system structure is proposed and the whole system is designed and implemented. After introduces to modern control technologies of Distributed Control System, Field Buses, Virtual Instrument System, Test and Control Software, the thesis constructs a test and control system for Universal Test Stand For Hydraulic Machinery based on Siemens S7 PLC, DC Speeder gear 6RA70, PROFIBUS-DP, Ifix Software, NI PXI Virtual Instrument and LabWindows/CVI Software. The detailed software design of some test process are also proposed, and discussed the problems in old system and solving steps. The project begins in 2003, and completed in 2004. The System resulted in very good performances and high precision, satisfies the requirements of the Test and Control System for Universal Test Stand For Hydraulic Machinery. The efficiency, precision and automation of Test Stand have reached the advanced national standard. It can provide reliable basis for the design of SanXia turbines. |
