| With the rapid development of power electronic technology and the propose of concept of environmental protection and energy saving,VSD(Variable Speed Device)is widely used and has been paid more and more attention by people.The performance of VSD will directly affect its quality,So VSD’S performance testing in the factory is particularly important.The traditional VSD testing method is based on the single test function’s instruments and much manual operation, so its shortcoming is clear.Applying the idea of virtual instrument into VSD testing system is a kind of reform and innovation.It has abandoned the shortcoming of the traditional testing method and has huge market potential.High power test is the performance test used to detect VSD production quota including high voltage test, sound level test, motor overload protection test and other tests. The concept is derived from E standard established by the company.VSD high power test system based on virtual instrument was mainly divided into three parts of circulating water cooling system, high power test system and high power test management system.Circulating water cooling system is a device to cool VSD. High power test system is a device determining whether VSD’s performance is qualified based on the related test data.Circulating water cooling system and high power test system operates independently, high power test management system was established on the basis of the two systems. The last system was designed to ensure safe operation and to satisfy authorized users’ requests of remote viewing important test data,real-time monitoring and history quering.The working conditions,important components selection and related PLC wiring diagram design of the first two systems were respectively stated in this paper.The high power test management design included video surveillance and security design, hardware design of data acquisition and the upper computer LabVIEW design.For the main technology difficult problems encountered in the process of developing a database,corresponding feasible solution was proposed.The project was completed and put into use in February2015.The results of application show that the system wors with high work efficiency,good stability, safty and reliability:under the normal network communication circumstances, authorized users(engineers) at any time can query test data collected in the DataQuery monitoring software 30 minutes ago. The time of quering test data is less than 10 s.What’s more, the time before data showed in screen is less than 20 s, process data can be downloaded to a local EXCEL spreadsheet and the data in database can be stored for one year. |
