In order to research sequential turbocharged diesel and electronic control system Thoroughly, this paper builds TBD234V12 sequential turbocharged diesel test bed, the measurement and control system is an important part. Design of measurement and control system is core of the paper, Author developed signal conditioning instrumentation and designed DL2000 engine measurement and control system independently based on industrial control computer and relevant DAQ card.The paper involves three fractions mainly, which are the design of hardware and software and experiment validation about this measurement and control system.In the part of hardware design, author completes following works: collects and classifies all measurement parameters; introduces the method of measurement and controlling for all kinds of parameters in detail; designs all sign conditioning circuits; shows overall arrangement and wiring diagram for sign conditioning instrumentation.In the part of software design, author employs popular "G" computer language software LabVIEW and completes DL2000 engine measurement and control system, which can measure and control the diesel test bed automatically. The software can accomplish data acquirement, data displaying, data storage, data query and giving alarm. The software main interface take test bed structure chart as background, displays parameters on corresponding points. By the way, author introduces a few key software technology which employed in developing software, including database, user-defined control, mixed program etc.In the part of experiment validation, author employs signal generator and self-design signal generate circuit and completes validation functionally about performance, reliability, function for the engine measurement and control system. The experiment indicates that the system achieve anticipated goal.
