| Variable speed hydraulic technology as a global type of new energy-saving drive mode, it can reduce the overall system's energy loss, improve the machine efficiency, so it has a broad application prospects in the hydraulic system. Through a comprehensive study of the variable speed hydraulic speed control system's status quo at home and abroad, there are some problems, such as low-dynamic response, poor low-speed characteristics, speed accuracy is not easy to assure. In order this technology will be applied better, this paper carried out a detailed study of the design and testing for variable speed hydraulic control system based on graphical programming language-LabVIEW.Based on variable speed hydraulic test stand, this paper put forward a overall design composed of acquisition system and control system through the study and functional analysis of the virtual instrument technology. For the variable speed hydraulic test stand's components'characteristics, pressure sensor, torque and speed sensor, DAQ card and signal conditioning circuits were introduced and designed. Because the existing motor's speed test-bed is slow-respond and low-precision, a detailed reform program was put forward in this paper, including NL8 coupling's structural modification, synchronous belt system's design and selection, analyzing and selecting encoder which can measure rotational speed and angular displacement, as well as a number of related mechanical connections's structural design. LabVIEW is applied to develop the software part of the variable speed hydraulic control system, including multi-channel data acquisition program, word report generation program, alarm program, data processing program, step signal output control program, the basic waveform output control program and the MATLAB program control module design. And design a corresponding login screen in order to operate in practical applications. The performance of the measurement and control system is analyzed and then verified through experiments, introduced the experimental method, the hardware composition, and the experimental data were compared and analyzed at last.The performance testing and experimental data show that the measurement and control system has high accuracy and practicality. It provides a better research platform for the study of variable speed hydraulic control system. At the same time, it is convenient to extend functions to accommodate a wider range of system requirements... |
