Abstract/Summary:
This thesis is aimed to explore a method of design of the internal space of loaders. Using the theories of ergonomics into the loader cab design, and applying the technology of computer simulation mode we evaluated the results of this design based on ergonomics. By merging loader design, ergonomics and the technology of computer simulation mode, and using the automobile ergonomics theories for reference, we established a system to design and evaluate the loader cab's internal space. According to national standards and industry standards, and referring to some methods of SAE, we, in order, introduced the theory background, technique points of this thesis and how to realize it –how to use the theories of ergonomics to design the internal space of loaders, systematically and comprehensively. The main contents of this paper are as following. Firstly, we introduced the key part of the theories and the technique on loader cab design, and based on all the above, introduced the methods of design and computation of loader cab's components, such as steering wheel, joy sticks, pedals and seat, etc, at length. Then, we depicted the man-machine relationship with mathematical methods, established arithmetic, and carried out optimization algorithm with Matlab to get the optimized schemes. Finally, we introduced how to use CATIA to evaluate the schemes, and picked out the best one. To make it clear, we took one of the schemes as instance to illuminate the procedure of the evaluation. Applying the theories of ergonomics and the technology of computer simulation mode into loader cab design, taking loaders as a special and intricate man-machine system, we established a method of design of the internal space of loaders. This method will be useful for shortening the exploration cycle, deducing the exploration cost and enhancing the performance of the new type loaders.
