In this thesis, the system reliability of wheel loader was analyzed qualitatively by the method of FMECA and the satisfactory optimization design and simulation of its working device was carried out, in order to validate the rationality of the optimize result.This thesis expounded the actualities and trend of the reliability study of mechanical system, and researched the theories and methods of the reliability distribution. The model of basic reliability and mission reliability about the loader system is built after analyzing the structure of the loader system. The table about the loader system was built with the method of FMECA. The whole loader system,its subsystems and its parts were analyzed qualitatively .The basic faults of the system and the cause productive of them can be ascertained with the help of the table, which save much time and raise working efficiency. At the same time, the reliability of the whole loader system was distributed by the method ofcombining the failure rate with the important degree. And according to the idea of reliability redistribution, the reliability of the loader system was redistributed for insuring the reliability distribution of the loader's subsystem is correct.In this article, the theory of satisfactory-optimization was used in the design of the working device, geting the results of optimization with the aids of BP neural network and Matlab.
