Design Of Elderly Transfer Machine Based On Ergonomics

With the increasing severity of the aging problem in China,the nursing problem of the elderly has gradually become prominent.In view of the current elderly care,the location movement is time-consuming and laborious,and the traditional "back,hug,lift" causes waste and insecurity.In addition,according to the research that the elderly people on the market are not easy to operate,the product is large,and the operation time is long.Inconvenient and other issues,then designing a Chinese elderly people to use safe and comfortable,the use of convenient and easy to accommodate the elderly displacement machine has become an inevitable trend of the development of the elderly displacement machine in China.In this thesis the elderly transfer machine users were surveyed by questionnaire.Through data statistics and KANO model analysis,the demand of users for transfer machine was obtained.Based on the principle of ergonomics,a hand-drawn transfer machine is designed to fit the body size of the elderly in China.The final design scheme is determined by synthesizing the opinions of relevant professionals.The 3D model is modeled by Pro/Engineer software and rendered by KeyShot software.The rendered 3D model is printed by 3D resin.JACK human-machine simulation analysis software is used to establish a virtual simulation environment,and Chinese human body data is used to establish a virtual human model.The design scheme of the transfer machine is simulated and checked from the comfort level,thus verifying the feasibility of the transfer machine designed in this thesis.The transfer machine model designed in this thesis is based on the human body size of the elderly in China,which makes the use of the transfer machine more comfortable and safe for the elderly users in China.Its folding characteristics make the carrying and receiving more convenient,and the operation is simple,which makes the use of the transfer machine more convenient for nurses.The transfer machine designed in this thesis provides a new idea for the design of transfer machine for the elderly in China,which makes the transfer machine more safe,comfortable and convenient for the people with obstacles.
