Industrial design is one of the more and more important subjects in the world.It plays an important role in the development of human civilization.In terms of special instruments and equipment,developed countries such as Europe and the United States have mastered the cutting-edge thinking of technology and design in the past,so they are like a duck to water in this type of market.China’s special instruments and equipment in the design and development of international competition is facing a huge pressure,although in recent years,the gap in technical support rapidly narrowed,but in the overall design and development space is still lacking.The overall appearance of the structural design of the lack of rationality,the lack of amenity and comfort of the equipment,the man-machine interface in the arrangement of the manipulator does not have a set of standard and efficient design methods,resulting in the instrument and equipment operating efficiency and accuracy are deficient.Through the analysis and research of ergonomics,this topic provides new design methods for the overall design of special instruments and equipment,and promotes the progress in the design of special instruments and equipment.Firstly,this paper describes the research status of special instruments at home and abroad,and summarizes the design elements and principles of special instruments and equipment from the perspective of ergonomics.By investigating the literature of ergonomics,the current design status of the same type of instruments in the market is analyzed for the purpose of the research direction.Through interviews with operators and experts,the design index of the target equipment is obtained.Finally,the design elements are summarized and mapped.Including man-machine size,semantic orientation and appearance modelling structure,man-machine interface,material and color,etc.,finally put forward the design scheme,after the completion of a physical prototype to do the evaluation,the appearance modelling and optimize improvement man-machine interface,with the help of heuristic algorithm theory is combined with man-machine interface design,it is concluded that the optimized improvement products.In this paper,the related theoretical knowledge through the design research of each link,the article discusses the relationship between the human-machine-environment elements,the Israeli army Yong Bao drone project design as an example of the design practice,build a special instrument based on ergonomics design idea,promote the discipline overlapping on the man-machine engineering and industrial design application development.
