To meet the energy-saving minus scheduling requirements greatly advocated by the country, we propose the underground coal mining machinery load reduction design theory and research. Underground coal mining and loading machinery reduction design is the design process to minimize resource consumption and emission, the realization of underground coal mining machinery, light load, the smaller, green environmental protection, so as to achieve the purpose of energy-efficient emission reduction and the promotion of coal mine safety in production.On the basis of Anhui Province Education Department Natural Science Foundation Project "Coal Mine sump light silt coal loader research" 2006KJ300B (2006.1 - 2007.12) and Huainan City Scientific Research Projects, Anhui Province "light silt coal loader Development" 2006-0115 ( 2006.1 - 2007.12),we carry on the research of the underground mining of coal loading machinery spiral feed reduction.First of all, to explain the overall structure, working principle of silt coal loader machinery,and meaning and purpose of coal mining machinery reduction design. Secondly, to filter reduction design of spiral feeder design, and to establish small design database, adding the expansion interface, a database for future expansion and perfect preparation.Second, to use large-scale parameters of CAD design software SolidWorks, establishing three-dimensional model of spiral rolling of silt coal loader, to use ANSYS interface of Pro / Engineer and ANSYS software to create a finite element model. In large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS platform ,to analyse spiral rolling static mechanical, to get static load node structure stress and deformation cloud cloud. In order to make the structural design optimization, respectively, wall thickness and the blade thickness to optimize the targeting and minimization of the optimum design in order to get the optimal design.Third, to analyse the dynamic characteristics of spiral roller finite element. Through modal analysis, to get the first few bands natural frequencies,vibration mode of the spiral rolle and the previous bands stress distribution. Through the spiral roller of harmonic response analysis, to calculate spiral roller in several frequency response and to get some value on the frequency response curve, and then get a peak response and the peak frequency of the corresponding deformation size, to ensure that the stability of the reduction design of dynamic performance.Finally, to explain the necessary of the coal mining machinery to reduction design, highlighted the role of environmental protection and energy saving. To evaluate the silt coal loader design for reduction of environmental evaluation. On the basis of the above analysis,summing up the reduction design process of the silt coal loader, using the establishment of small-scale databases, for the future design of similar mechanical theoretical basis.
