Abstract/Summary:
With the development of rail transit in modern cities and the construction of OCS in the tunnel with low headroom ,rigid catenary system are used in broad, now parameters inspection and evaluation about it have become a new hot focus in exploitation and study of catenary parameters inspection system. Because the study of rigid catenary system's parameters inspection and evaluation is deficiency, my study in this paper has obvious significance.Basing on flexible catenary system's parameters inspection system and according to the characteristics of rigid catenary system, the inspection items and approach are given in the paper. And then, one available project of the system's hardware and software designs are given and analyzed in this paper. In the hardware structure, the data acquisition of signals use V/F converter, which can make the data transmit by fiber more easily and simplify the design of transmit channel; The bus protocol is CAN bus which can improve the transmission rate. In addition, some means have been applied to barrage jamming in the system, so that the system can work stably under the powerful electric and magnetic field. In the software aspect, the detailed functions are analyzed, based on module design theory and expert system,includes real time data acquisition, waveform analysis, abnormal information acquiring, maintenance references and so on.Windows programming adopting OOP technology has a good GUI, very simple and easy to understand to the operators, furthermore it has some important significance. After running on the site, the system is proved to be practical. The method can be reference to the design and study in the parameters inspection and evaluation system of rigid catenary system.
