Research Of Testing System Of Water Resistance Test-Bed Based On VXI Bus

Water resistance test-bed is a special equipment for diesel engine generator of gas engine train driving by electricity. The testing system not only requires large numbers of data acquisition channels, high measurement precision and sampling in real time but also can be configured flexibly. The thesis designs a testing system of water resistance test-bed based on VXI bus, which is the project of Qingdao Sifang Locomotive Factory.With the development of computer technology and testing instrument technology, the data acquisition system based on a variety of data bus has also developed fleetly. Compared with other data acquisition system, more advantages are provided when the system is based on VXI bus, which make it become the chief choice in data acquisition system.The main work what is resolved in the thesis is including the design of hardware and software. Hardware design contains the design of water resistance , the choose of sensors, the design of instruments, data acquisition instrument based on VXI. Software design is compose of the structure of whole software, data processing and report forms and the design of graphic user interface. Software module is achieved by using UML and object oriented language Delphi. Report forms are fulfilled by Microsoft Words, which specializes in word processing and provides flexible report formsAccording to the requirements of Sifang locomotive Factory after the hardware and software debugging in the laboratory, the testing system is qualified to meet all requirements and performs successfully as expected.
