At present, Virtual Instrument is a hot technology in the field of measurement and control. The powerful processing and display of computer make the virtual instruments in intelligent, handling ability, cost-effective and operability etc improved compared with the traditional instruments. Virtual Instrument is used for underwater acoustic transducer tests can not only strengthen testing efficiency, but also provides an effective method to improve the accuracy of test results. Based on the actual situation of the test of the acoustic transducer, this paper developed three sets of transducer testing systems:general transducer test system, moving coil projector test system and phase difference test system of array component.General transducer test system was designed with NI Company PXI-6133 and PXI-5412 modular boards and high-performance computer for hardware development platform, and with LabVIEW for software development platform. The system divided into signal occurrence and data acquisition and processing two parts, which can complete the occurrence of transducer excitation signal, acoustic signal collection, signal processing, parameters extracted and analysis, acoustic curve drawing, results generated and so on. Compared with the traditional test ways, the use of high performance computer enhanced these functions precision, generalization and standardized hardware modules were integrated into one weighs only 6.4 kilograms of chassis improved convenience of test preparation.In the Moving coil projector test system, accelerometer was directly installed on the radiation surface to extract the acceleration signal, then, through a series of conversion obtained the SL. The application of Virtual Instrument and new test methods solve the vlf transducer cannot be tested in laboratory environment, which provides new ideas for the vlf transducer's test work.Phase difference test system of array components is for phase difference measurement between array components. Firstly, accelerometers extract the acceleration signal on the surface of the transducer, then, calculate the phase difference between array components through relevant method. Then decrease phase differences by changing the parameters of incentive signal phase as far as possible in order to improve array ability.
