This paper researches the conductive performance and mechanics performance of SIFCON mixed with graphite.Firstly, the materials and test equipments needed in the test are introduced. The size and making process of the samples and the position of the electrode board are narrated. The influence of graphite content on working performance of cement mortar is studied. Based on the result of the test , the level of match ratio of in the cross experiment is decided. According to the experimental purpose, the experimental factors are chosen and the level of the factors is decided. The chart of cross experiment is arranged. Then the method and the results of bending strength test, compression, electrical resistivity test in the 7th~28th age, comparison test with alternating and direct current and different moisture test are introduced.Then the results of bending strength tesU compression and electrical resistivity test in the 7th~28th age are analyzed with intuitionistic analytical method. Based on the results, the order of factors that influences the results of the test is decided. We can conclude the combination of the best experimental.From two respects of the inside condition and external condition, the influence of the content of steel fibre and graphite, age, humidity and temperature on electrical resistivity are analysed.At last, the temperature increasing test is taked. The relation of temperature with electrical resistivity, the time and the power inputted are analyzed. The effect of SIFCON mixed with graphite that melts and ices is discussed.
