Snow can make the road icy, leading to the road congestion and frequent traffic accidents.it's very safe, effective,green, without interrupting traffic to use of the electric properties of the conductive asphalt concrete deicing of snow, today, it become more and more priorities and focus to research how to prepare efficient conductive asphalt concrete. Based on the principle of composite materials, mix graphite and carbon fiber into SBS modified asphalt mixture, prepared conductive graphite carbon fiber asphalt concrete, and to study their electrical properties and road performance.(1)Preparation the graphite carbon fiber conductive asphalt mortar through different content of graphite and carbon fiber mix over SBS modified asphalt.Through three major index, DSR, BBR, brandt viscosity laboratory tests to study the affected of the graphite content and carbon fiber content on the properties of conductive asphalt mortar. The results showed that: the addition of graphite reduces the high temperature deformation resistance and the low temperature crack resistance of graphite carbon fiber asphalt mortar and it significantly reduce the graphite carbon fiber asphalt mortar's workability. The addition of carbon fiber can improve the high temperature deformation resistance of graphite carbon fiber asphalt mortar but reduce the low temperature crack resistance and workability of graphite carbon fiber asphalt mortar.(2)Graphite content were 20% fixed carbon fiber content 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3% and 0.2% fixed carbon fiber, graphite 10%, 20%, 30% five groups were mix asphalt concrete design, researching of carbon fiber and graphite content marshall volume impact indicators, stability and flow values, and to determine the optimum asphalt ratios were as follows: 5.43%, 5.58%, 5.71%, 5.36%,5.58%, 5.85.Under optimum asphalt ratios to prepare Marshall specimen and measuring resistivity and temperature tests to obtain the 30% content of graphite, carbon fiber content of 0.2% of the conductive properties is the best, 20% graphite, carbon fiber content of 0.3% is the second.(3)Analysis the theory of conductive of conductive graphite carbon fiber asphalt concrete. Selecting the graphite content is 20%, the carbon fiber content is 0.3% and carbon fiber 0.2%, graphite 30% rutting specimens which under the optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio for resistance, temperature rising, and melting snow test, respectively to get its heating efficiency is 83.24% and 83.05%; Its melting efficiency is 54.09%, 55.77%.(4)Respectively fixed graphite content is 20%, carbon fiber content is 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3% and fixed carbon 0.2%, graphite, 10%, 20% and 30% of five groups of asphalt concrete doing immersion Marshall, freeze-thaw splitting, rutting, low temperature bending test, the results can satisfy the requirements of specification.Wherein, while the graphite 20%, carbon fiber 0.3% specimen's pavement performance is better than the graphite 30%, carbon fiber 0.2%.To sum up, when the graphite content is 20%, carbon fiber content is 0.3%, the conductive graphite carbon fiber asphalt concrete performance and conductivity is better. which can be used in engineering.
