| CSG(Carbon fiber and Steel fiber and Graphite)conductive concrete refers to turning concrete into electric conductor with adding conductive material steel fiber,carbon fiber and graphite into concrete.Conductive concrete can be applied to many areas including self-checking of bridge structure,overweight detection,the melting of ice and snow and indoor heating and etc.However,concrete with single conductive phase fails to have both excellent warming and mechanical properties in practical use.The paper tries to build one kind of green,high-efficient and energy-saving conductive concrete by indoor experiment to keep excellent mechanical properties and gain good conductive and heating properties at the same time.The paper evaluates the performances of CSG conductive concrete through measuring the mechanical property,stability of resistance and the electric heating property.The mechanical property of CSG conductive concrete is measured after the type and mix proportion of conductive phase are decided.To evaluate the electrical properties of the CSG conductive concrete,this thesis pre-embeds electrodes and discusses the way of laying electrode material and electrode.Finally,theoretical foundation in application of CSG conductive concrete in practical engineering is provided through the analysis of stability of resistance and electro thermal property by evaluate CSG conductive concrete’s resistivity.The thesis applies the orthogonal analysis method to determine the number of experimental group and confirms the effect of conductive phrase on the electric conductivity with efficient analysis.Finally,the optimal dosage of conductive phase and the mixture ratio of cement,sand and water is determined,and that is,1.00:2.58:0.49.Mechanical performance tests results shows that mixture is more reasonable.After calculating CSG conductive concrete resistivity,the thesis compares the different influence of diode,quadrupole laying,copper,copper wire mesh,and stainless steel wire mesh on electric conductive concrete.Experiments proves that laying electrode in four-pole method can effectively avoid the error brought about by the polarization effect and offer a more accurate measurement of electrical resistivity.Through the analysis of different electrode materials,copper is proved to be the most optimal electrodes in them for its high conductivity and stability.Electrify and heat up the CSG concrete specimens(40 mm * 320 mm * 230 mm),then analyze of its stability of resistivity and repeat this process to testify whether the conductive concrete can be reused.After that,electrify and heat up these specimens and analyze the stability of resistance of CSG conductive concrete in different surroundings including the dry and wet environment and the different low temperature.The results show that the big CSG conductive concrete specimen possesses good stability and heat resistance during the heating process.The experiment studies the specific heat of conductive concrete which mixes steel fiber,carbon fiber,graphite.Field experiments of heating with the large scale board are conducted to verify the specific heat of unilateral CSG conductive concrete,thus providing greater feasibility for the practical application of CSG conductive concrete in engineering. |
